Some of Ottawa’s most vulnerable children are protected by workers at the Children’s Aid Society, members of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 454.
On Tuesday, February 13th 2024, dozens of members rallied to show their support for their bargaining committee.
The cold and snow didn’t stop these workers from across the Ottawa region from coming together to demonstrate that strong workers = strong kids. When our members are bargaining for better working conditions, they’re also fighting for the kids and families they work with. When our communities are strong, we all benefit!
