OPSEU Local 421 is a multi-unit local for full-time (CAAT-S) and part-time (CAAT-P) support staff. We are one of the 24 collective colleges in this sector, under OPSEU. Local 421 has over 200 full-time and part-time members who fill a wide range of positions, that support the learning of students and staff at Loyalist College.
